WellSky will add Healthify’s SDOH capabilities to its portfolio of healthcare technology tools for providers, payers, health systems and community organizations.

The acquisition is expected to help Komodo expand further into the life science space. 

The companies will combine their complementary pathology tools to leverage services for tech-enabled diagnostics, drug discovery and patient care.

The Premier Partner Program is set to launch for benefits plans starting in January 2022.  

The company plans to use the new funds for global expansion and product development. 

The startup aims to be operating in more than seven countries by the end of 2021.
