Priya Abani will take up the digital health company's top role on Monday, while interim CEO Ira Bahr will shift to the COO position. 

The tool, called Destination: Health, was built from a collaboration with social services-focused software maker Unite Us and will roll across certain Aetna plans later this year. 

The investments will help Tivic Health Systems market its recently-cleared device prior to its commercial launch in September.

The new fund will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor, targeting technology investment opportunities that drive value-based healthcare. 

The web and mobile Find Care platform provides consumers with a localized list of partner providers and services meeting their healthcare needs.

CEO and President Dr. Corey McCann said that Somryst, a digital treatment for chronic insomnia and depression, is the first software as a medical device product to be submitted through the regulator's pilot pathway. 

The service will be launching for consumers this fall. 

The digital health mainstay closed its first day of trading roughly 40% above its set price, and looks forward to scaling its business as a public entity.

The company's executives lauded the CGM system, which saw a 72.9% increase in organic sales during the last quarter, and hinted at implementations of the tech beyond diabetes alone.
